Crazy input delay every game.

My fc 26 has randomly started having mad input delay to where i cant play rivals or anything online but rush. This doesn't seem to happen as i said when i play rush or squad battles for example. My pc is perfectly fine and as i said it was running perfectly fine before (been like 3 weekss now). I changed no settings, tried reinstalling and my controller is connected through a cable that works totally fine. This is so frustrating and it seems as though after every update it causes my game some form of issue that usually resolves in a later update. This one as i said has been ongoing for three weeks and I am unable to play and have to forfeit every game as a result.
