Dear EA Sports Support Team,

 

I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience with EA SPORTS FC™ 26. During a Squad Battle match, I was leading with a score of 3-2. However, after the match ended, I was unexpectedly disconnected from Ultimate Team, and the result was not counted. Additionally, the player I was working on upgrading did not receive the upgrade. Instead, the match was recorded as 0-0, despite my winning score of 3-2. This situation is unfair, and I kindly request that the correct result be restored and that the player upgrade be applied.

    Hi there. This happens when you've hit the security limits for playing too many matches over a short period time. Try waiting 24 hours and playing more full games during that time.
