Defeat after victory in a match

Thank you, EA Sports, for the wonderful cup. It was the last match, I was winning 6-2, my opponent left the match, and then I was thrown back to the main menu and given a loss. How is that possible? ...

It can be frustrating darthvader8841 and understand the annoyance of getting a loss at such a time but this point to a connection issue which is something that we can work on.

Unfortunately, we are not able to change the outcome of these decisions so cannot change the loss.
