Delay

Im having unplayable delay, i’m on pc with a ps5 controller connected and every online game i go in i have delay that doesn’t  even feel like delay, i press a button and wait 30 seconds and it inputs, it is really choppy gameplay as well. I have completely normal wifi and my ping is fine, my frames are bad though. I e tried a lot and tweaked settings, it wasn’t graphic settings and i have been have been having this issue for months

Does anyone else have this issue, please help.
