Did not get "Star in Motion" Evo

Im an EA Pro member so i get all the pre order bonus's and im club member/founder because of that aswell and i didnt get my evo??

would be weird that i get all rewards for club/founder and pre order but not this cuz i have EA Pro memebership ????

Hey all, if seeing this issue can you confirm if you logged into both FC 25 and FC 26 within the timeframe: https://www.ea.com/games/ea-sports-fc/fc-26/news/fc-26-club-membership-jamal-evolution

Also, using the companion, or on a trial or Show Case versions of either game does not count.

Have played FIFA/FC for on this account for 9 years and still didn’t get the Star in Motion Evo.
