Did not get "Star in Motion" Evo

I contated the support, they closed my ticket by saying if i tried all the steps, all i can do is to ask here, in the community forum. Like, what sort of support is that? People at EA are just ignoring the issue

Same on my end. I'm sure i'm a club member, but no evo. Apparently it's a very common issue, but they're just ignoring it.

Got it now!! It didnt show up on my companion app but its in my rewards section on the game. Dont know if you fixed anything but it def wasnt there before!!

Can confirm, pre orderd the game, and have played well before Nov 1 many friends of mine have the same issue.  How will this issue be resolved ?
