Did not receive Rivals weekly rewards for the second week in a row.

I've not had any rewards for 4 weeks now. No reply from EA to any of my emails either.

I'm not aware of any widespread issues with missing weekly rewards.

I can just recommend you to contact our live support, since they will have access to your game data and can investigate your claims.
