Did the 89+ encore icon pack and didn't get it

Yesterday i did an icon pack(the 89+) and the game glitched when i submitted the last squad, so i had to restart my game. When i restarted I went into UT and looked at the sbc first it said that i did it, looked in my store and didn't have it, went back to the sbc and looked at my club, i lost everything i submitted and didn't get anything back. Restarted again same thing, tried today same thing. EA I WANT COMPENSATION.
