I have the EA pro play and i didnt get the icon pick with it

Finally got into the game past the log in issues and now both me and my friend dont have any of the ultimate edition/EA Play Pro rewards like the icons packs etc..
Dont get them til tomorrow or next friday when the game offically comes out
