Didnt get icon pick

I have pre ordered the normal version of the game but i bought ea play pro i still didnt get the premium pass nor The icon pack or the fifa points. I live in belgium does it have to do anything with it and pls can someone reply if they know something i dont want be have paid 70+17 euros with no rewards at all.
