didnt got what i expected

So I went into the game the day before yesterday when I bought the ultimate edition for 100 euros. When I went in to start ultimate team, I couldn't select any shirts or emblems or the starter pack. My FC points had also been spent and players were being bought and sold. I would like to ask for either a fresh start for me so that I can do everything again, so that I have my FIFA points and can select shirts as if the game had just been newly purchased and downloaded, or a refund so that I can buy the game on a different account.
