Difference in connection / input lag between my two Ultimate Team accounts

Hi,
I’m experiencing a strange issue. Even though I’m playing on the same PlayStation 5, using the same internet connection, at the same times, and getting the same ping (around 30 ms) — my main account feels noticeably heavier and has extra input delay.

On my RTG account (different EA account, same console), the gameplay feels much faster and smoother, like there’s less input lag.

Could you please check or reset the connection profile / data center routing for my main EA account? I feel like something might be off on the backend.
