What exactly happens when you try to launch: When the game starts, a black screen appears and an error message appears, and I have to close the game by pressing OK.
Any error messages you're seeing: DirectX function "result" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED ("The video card has been physically removed from the system, or a driver upgrade for the video card has occured."). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU", Driver: 58129.

I installed the latest driver but always appear different errors. I was getting similar graphics card errors in other EA games before.
I've solved the problem for HP users. You need to go to the graphics switcher in the device settings on the Omen Gaming Hub and select the discrete. This will only use the external graphics card, but it seems to be the only temporary solution.
