Disconnect only in Cups/Tournaments

Every time I go into a Cup or Tournament I get kicked out of the game … it doesn’t happen in Rivals/Gauntlet/Champs/Squad Battle etc or any other game mode, only cups or tournaments ! .. why is this happening ? .. how do I correct it ? .. I am missing out on lots of rewards not being able to play cups/tournaments.
