disconnect problem

This weekend, while playing the weekend league, I won the match, but before the end screen appeared, EA servers said they couldn't fulfill my request and kicked me out of the FUT game mode. When I re-entered, it said I had left the match and was penalized, even though I had won. Please resolve this and give me my win back.
