Disconnected from FUT Champs

Hi there, I was playing FUT champs and had won a match and it did not count as a win when the opponent forfeited. The game disconnected me and it resulted in a loss instead of a win. I was wondering if I could  receive compensation? I did not receive the wins which I usually get per week which is very frustrating. Also, I had no internet connection issues before and during the match. This issue is coming from your side. No EA development team member has contacted me. It has been several hours. The advisors on the live chat just keep saying to report it on EA forums. This is shocking and disappointing from EA.
