I played a futdraft 10h ago. I was on the third match, I won it and before going to the menu I got disconnected from EA servers because traffic was too high. I lost the match when I actually won it. Can you please take a look? It is not the first time this is happening.

Unfortunately we can't change the outcome of a match. We do have a missing content tool you can use to see if you're eligible for a replacement draft token.
I tried and says I’m not eligible. How come? I paid for the fut draft, your servers had a problem and I don’t get a refund or anything? This is really bad
HeyEA_QueenBee , can you pls check this above? I’m quite tired of spending time and money on the game and having to face this consequences without anything taking action nor responsibility.
Community ManagerUnfortunately we can't grant replacement draft tokens. If the tool doesn't give one, we can't do anything on our end to change that.
This is happened to me all time at this week. I considired lost because of this bug in every mode at least one time. Stop saying we can't we can't just do something.
It is not only a draft issue. It happens in every mode. I totally understand you, it is tiring working in this foolish corp. But please let the IT team know the bug is unbeareble.
