Disconnected from online games after they’re done

I have played 5 or 6 online games over the past 2 days and at the end, when the whistle is blown and I click x on PlayStation, I get disconnected/error message that kicks me out of ultimate team and I don’t get my win. It happens even when my opponent forfeits. I went into a squad battles game and quit and that didn’t happen, I was successfully sent back to the main menu. I’ve already reset my data, cleared my cache and deleted and redownloaded the game. HELP I CANT PLAY THE GAME
