Disconnected lost 2 wins in champs

The last 2 games i have played i have been disconnected with the message "The EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later" it then kicks me out of ultimate team and when i load back in i am greeted with a disconnection warning and a LOSS. One game i was winning and the other player paused and left the second game went the full length with me winning. Is this a common issue? Am i going to be reimbursed my wins for this? Surely after playing a ultra competitive game mode i shouldnt be experiencing this? Would appreciate any help with this. Thanks
