Disconnecting at start or end of matches

Yesterday i played two squad battles games back to back, in both of them i disconnected after the game was finished and i pressed the advance to lobby button, after that it just says leaving ultimate team and it acts like i left the game.

Today i thought id treat myself to some draft and bought 600 fc points in order to play 2 drafts, in both drafts i disconnected less than a second after the game started. I checked my connection stats on the ea website and it says my score was 95/100 for that game.

I didn't really mind disconnecting from the squad battles since it was just a waste of my time but disconnecting from the drafts feels like theft. It's not on my end and im 100% sure of that. Please fix your game EA and maybe give me a refund or 2 draft tokens please.
