Disconnection During Matches Causing Unfair Losses in FC 26

Dear EA Support Team,

I would like to report a serious issue I have been facing in EA Sports FC 26. During multiple matches, the game suddenly disconnects and kicks me out in the middle of the match, even though my internet connection is stable. As a result, I automatically lose the game and lose my progress.

Because of this problem, I dropped an entire Rank 5 level, which is extremely frustrating and unfair. The issue clearly seems to be related to the server, not my connection or device.

I kindly ask you to review my account, restore the lost progress, and fix this recurring disconnection issue. This problem is affecting the game experience and competitive balance.
