Sluggish gameplay

Anyone I lost 2 matches on new live event legacy. My player move delyaed every shot is going out or hitting the post. Im playing on 12 ping. I don't know whats the issue. Anyone going through this? Match were winnable . But i had a big disadvantage like this .
