Disconnection on every game

Every single game I play whether that be rivals or squad battles the game freezes and shuts my whole Xbox down…and before you say anything only this game nothing else just fifa. What is the point of playing I can’t progress any further because even if the other player quits it freeze my Xbox and I get disconnected warning its a joke now I want all my money back
