disconnection

Hi,
I’m playing EA Sports FC 26 on Steam (PC).
Every online match in Division Rivals or Co-op disconnects with the message “Connection to your opponent has been lost – we’re reviewing the result.”

The match never counts (no win or loss).
I’ve already done everything: cleared cache, reinstalled EA App, 

Please escalate this to the second-level team and reset or resync my matchmaking profile on the server side.
This issue is clearly account- or server-related.
