Disconnections in Online Draft after Winning

This has happened three times to me now and only in FUT draft, I play a game to the full 90 minute, win the game but as soon as the referee blows the final whistle I get disconnected from the servers, and get a loss/kicked out the draft and a DNF. Happening once is fine okay whatever but three times is too many to be a coincidence, does anyone else experience this purely in draft?
