Division Rivals rewards not received
When I tried to claim the rewards for Rivals, nothing happened. After restarting Ultimate Team, I still can’t claim the rewards, and they’re nowhere to be found.

Same problem.. I pressed button for a claim division rivals rewards but nothing i got.
Unfortunatelly still no fix. Pls help us EA

Today after logging to claim my rewards i couldn’t claim them after short time they vanished! I tried restarting relogging and still after 15 hours i don’t have my rewards.
I did not receive the weekly upgrade Division Rivals rewards. After entering Rivals, nothing happened and did not receive anything.

Played rivals and got to the 2nd upgrade point.
went to claim my rewards yesterday and it does not show them just shows it being reset.
packs and picks are not in the store either what can I do?

I’m writing to report an issue with my Division Rivals rewards in FC 26. Despite earning 15 points, I haven’t received my rewards yet.
