do something about cheaters

This is the fourth cheater I've found in Champions. Do you really want to do something? I report them every time, but you don't do anything! Now I'm really fed up! You don't care about your users, even if you say otherwise! Give me a refund immediately, otherwise why should I continue playing if you behave like this?
