Did the Full Throttle objective. Scored and assisted 20 with 90+ pace. At Full Time it chucks me off saying it disconnected from servers. Came off UT yet im connected to servers. Went back on and gave me a 3-0 loss. Joke. Waste of time playing this. Every year the same incompetence
Community ManagerHey PufcSimmo14 know how frustrating it can be to lose this way but unfortunately, when issues like this occur, we are not able to change the outcome or grant rewards that you may miss due to connection issues.
Generally, this is a result of network or connection-related issues so no harm in taking a look here and trying the various steps to improve your connection.
It will take you a couple of minutes but it should hopefully ensure that this does not happen again and that going forward, you receive the correct rewards.
I know it's not what you wanted to hear, but it's the best I can do to help and hopefully, with the steps in the article I shared above, it will not be an ongoing issue.
