Double Time warp guarantee park a didn’t receive one???

Just purchased 2000+ fifa points to spend on a Double Time Warp Guarantee pack this evening (07/01)

however, there was a single time warp player inside, instead it was just a couple TOTWs and golds. Can you please let me know what’s happened here! I tried to record the footage on my Xbox but I couldn’t go back far enough!
