Draft Cheat / Disconnect - count as loss

I can`t beleive that this still happens, you pay to enter a draft, opponent connects , makes your connection loss and it counts as a loss so you cant go forward, screenshot of the thing here. We need answears i cant believe that we pay to play this game when its full of glitches and bad gameplay. We have the worst support and we continue playing this... unbeliavable - tried to get the missing content reward but nothing happened..

anythign can be done here 15k coins for nothing ?
