DROP FRAME ISSUES !!!

Hello EA Support,

I recently installed EA SPORTS FC 26 on my PC, but I am facing serious performance issues. The menus were initially laggy but the main problem is that gameplay during matches always drop frame like it goes from 300 fps to 12 fps suddenly and it still stutters heavily and feels unplayable, even though my PC should be more than capable of running the game.

My specs are:
    •    GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super
    •    CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500
    •    RAM: 16GB
    •    OS: Windows 10/11 (64-bit)

I have already:
    •    Updated my NVIDIA drivers
    •    Optimized settings in both NVIDIA Control Panel and GeForce Experience
    •    Tried lowering in-game settings (Rendering Quality, Crowd Quality, etc.)
    •    Switched between fullscreen and borderless modes
    •    Disabled V-Sync

Despite all this, the stuttering persists during gameplay (matches and main menus ) .
Could you please advise on a solution, or confirm if this is a known optimization issue that will be addressed in a patch?
