Hey Refracho, Thank you for the screenshot of your error, it makes it a lot clearer what the issue is. Could you try going through the steps of our graphical troubleshooting article? Hopefully one of the steps there will help fix your issue.

This been going on all year and they still haven't tried to fix it so I wouldn't hold my breath they gonna fix it now which is a shame.
