The battle pass isn’t working for some reason?

I recently linked my ea account to my ps account like 2 days ago idk if I’m getting battle pass xp or not but when I try to open it, it just doesn’t work instead it bugs my game I can’t open stuff like objectives etc,I reset my ps5 and checked for updates nothing it’s all good it just doesn’t work, then when I go to the game option the main hub it opens it but says servers are currently unavailable but other people are able to open it, is this a bug or what I rlly don’t wanna miss out on the rewards man.
