Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty updating some account details.
The steps on this page would typically help you update both your email address and mobile phone. If you've checked your spam/junk folders for the code and still haven't received it after some time, or if the email itself is no longer accessible, please scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
