Ea’s Display Errors

I recently completed some sbcs. Within the sbcs I sorted by gold rare thinking nothing of it. Little did I know that evolved players with cosmetics (cosmetics and evod ratings that did not appear) got submitted. Both an evod gold rashford and Pedro Neto got submitted which were 86 and 87 rated special items. I would like them back as u failed on ur part on the companion app to display them properly as I can no longer use them

Now I have wasted coins and time on players I cannot get back without any form of compensation due to a producer error.
