[PS5] FC 26 Pro Clubs Connection Error (UT and Seasons Work)
I am reporting a persistent and isolated connection issue specifically with Pro Clubs on PS5. Since the PS5 system update and the recent PSN server fluctuations (March 21st), I have been completely locked out of the Clubs menu while all other modes remain functional.
The Issue:
Mode Specific: I can play Ultimate Team, Seasons, and other online games (like Marvel Rivals) without any lag or disconnection.
The Error: Every time I select "Clubs," I get the message: "In order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to PlayStation Network and must be signed in to the EA Servers."
Online Status Bug: My PS5 shows me as "Appearing Offline" and won't let me switch to "Online," despite being connected to the internet and other EA services.
Troubleshooting Already Completed:
Restored Licenses on PS5.
Deleted "Personal Settings 1" local profile data.
Cleared System Cache & Rebuilt Database in Safe Mode.
Toggled EA Login Verification (2FA) off and back on.
Created a new active squad via the Companion App to force a profile refresh.
Manual DNS settings (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4).
None of the above local fixes have worked. This appears to be a server-side sync error where my Pro Clubs "Persona" is stuck or corrupted following the outage.
