EA 26 Freezing and not loading!

Hi there, EA26 pre-order is not loading. I am able to make a few inititial selections but after I use my Club Badge, it freezes and nothing happens. Very disappointing, any suggestions. I have tried...

I bought the pre-order game, I try to start it but it doesn’t launch. The loading screen shows “EA FC 26” and then nothing happens

Same on my (old) ps4, but paid for ultimate edition to get going and this rubbish!

    It was working then about ten mins ago this started happening
