EA Account Servers Unavailable

hi,

i’ve logged into fc companion app and had my starter team set up.   i had my vpn on. after few minutes i got logged out and now getting this error every time i try to log in. since then i cant login in any browser to the webapp, not on wifi and not on mobile data.

my step son can log in without any issues. 

is there a soft ban on the account? please someone check.

    login to the game ultimate team, try log in to the app, it will say already logged in. log out of ultimate team, log into the app. it fixes it.

    What do you mean by ‘login to the game ultimate team’ do you mean on the actual game it’s self or through the web app?

    servers aren’t connecting for me as well. “servers are unavailable right now.”

    and what if someone can't log in into the game for now, and would like to start build the squad in app? :)
