I have been unable to login to the companion app or online via the companion website for the last 36 hours. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or how to resolve? Screenshot of the error message I keep receiving attached.

Disappointed to see no response here, even if the answer is “we don’t know why this is happening.” Still no way to access. Have tried deleting and re-installing the app along with attempting to login via website on my phone and laptop. I am traveling and away from my console, will be unable to complete SBCs currently in process due to these issues. Essentially wasted coins and time spent generating them. Have been playing this game for years without this issue so surprised to see it occur now and no solution.
