EA customer service complaint

To EA Customer Service Management,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding unacceptable interaction with your representatives. 

On multiple occassions I have been told my account has been reviewed after reviewing a ban on EA fc 26 for coin distribution. I have stated I was hacked when this happened and I am being unfairly punished for being hacked. 

The advisor keeps declining my appeal even though i am able to provide screenshots of the email address which my account was changed to at the time I was hacked before changing it back to my original emails. I have asked for my account to be checked for unusual log in activity between 15th and 18th of October 2025 as this is when I was hacked. I have also asked for some common sense to be applied, why would i sell all my things then continue to play on my own account. Also why would the amount of coins i had would not amount to any real currency, again why would i do this. 

I have had my account for 22 years and I have never had an issue however this has been a horrible experience and trying to speak to an actual person seems impossible. I have paid 100 pounds for a game and I cant play it as im being punished for a security breach and someone else logging into my account which there must be a record of. 

This incident raises serious concerns about EA’s treatment of customers and their incompetence. 

I would like my account and previous chats with all data reviewed and my account unbanned as a result.

I expect a response within 7 business days, detailing actions taken, to my email address. Failure to respond will lead to escalation via consumer protection, legal channels, and public platforms.

EA must act swiftly to restore trust and ensure no customer faces such treatment. I await your apology and response.
