Incorrect item

Hello, I packed a the VDV gold card even though his totw card was active. I packed him 20 minutes after totw release and am confused on if this is a server bug and if I will recieve My correct card? 

I cannot seem to find the right place to report this as I have attempted using other features like the report an issue but it does not send confirmation emails for my request. Thank you
