EA Devs, why are Australian players connecting to US servers ? Fix lag

As an Australian player who paid for the ultimate edition, I am finding the game does not perform as advertised. After testing, tracing pings, seeing the WORST lag I have ever seen in online gaming, I have found along with other Aussie IT testers, that our matchmaking is diverting to US servers

The lag is the worst thing I have ever seen in gaming, whereas my Fortnite game plays perfectly from same ps5 console.

Devs, address the issue, and ensure Australian players only match with locals, I don’t care if I have to wait, this needs fixing now, it is so bad it is literally not a game, just a card collecting simulator. I paid for this product and will need full refund if you guys cannot manage the game as promoted.

Upgrade the Australian servers, fix then, there is a 1 to 2 second wait to search for one player on the market, whereas overseas players can search 4 times per second. In 2025 the menus are the most broken thing I’ve ever seen in a game

Devs, what about it, what is the explanation. 99 on EA connection score, all other games play smooth as silk
