Unfortunately not a rare issue. They will probably reply to this with something along the lines of “when you have the chance can you share some more info with us (gamertag, console, what you were doing leading to the crash etc.” The CFB 26 has a technical issues thread with 15k views and 1,000 comments with zero response from EA. And people pre ordered to play that first week of July and haven’t finished a single game. Am I right EA_Kent?
