EA FC 26 Foundation Player pick

I am a user of this game and I have tired to log on and it has worked however whilst on my phone I have experienced a bug whilst claiming the foundation player pick, my experience was a loading glitch so I refreshed the page and when I got back online I was left with no player pick and to the menu, plus people have said that they are left with no foundation player pick and no kit or crest. So please read this and take note next time and please fix this EA please.

    • Clips/Screenshots
    • Game Area/Feature/Mode
    • Summary of issue (Exact Error messages)

    I am having the same issue. It bugged on the web app and now i have no Foundation player pick. PLease fix this

    I have found the reason it is because we need to play a game first on UT

    I am also having this issue, I have also played 2 games and still no player picks popping up
