EA FC26 ACCOUNT UNLINKING

Today i linked my steam account to EA account which i forgot has a ban on from last year, since the account has a active ban on i cannot unlink the steam account from EA account. Is there anything I can do to unlink the account to connect it to another so i can play or has anyone got any contacts since the advisor couldnt help me.
