EA FC26 connection/server issue

Please can someone help. My son has had a recent issue with FC26, all of a sudden he can’t access clubs, keeps getting an error message saying unable to connect to EA servers, please check your conne...

Hi there. By chance did he log in to Pro Clubs on PS5 and then tried to log in  to Pro Clubs on a PS4 shortly after?

Hi. He has not tried to log in on a ps4 as he only has a ps5 and never owned or logged into a ps4.
