Ea Fc26 crashes Xbox Series S when opening the Home Menu of Xbox

Device: Xbox Series S

Noticed the problem when the patch a week ago came out. Whereever i am in EA FC 26 the game crashes as soon i open my Menu from my xbox. Is pretty awful when i win a game and it crashes bc i just wanted to turn the volume down in the menu. Saw on reddit maybe an overheating problem...but no. Every game no problems even on 4k. Only EAFC26. Sometimes it doesnt only crash the game but the whole xbox just shuts off. I even spent money on cleaning my xbox from a professional but as i said its only on EAFC26 not elsewhere. Thanks for reading this Problem hoping for a Patch to fix it.

    I have had this exact issue since launch. I also thought it was my Xbox and had it cleaned - didn’t work.

    I tried un/reinstalling, I tried downloading the Xbox One version of the game, tried resetting caches, etc. NOTHING works. This also doesn’t happen for me in any other game. 

    Not only does it crash when I open ANY Xbox menu, the game will often crash (and most of the time, my Series X will shut off) towards the end of matches. I have at least 2-3 games every FUT Champions weekend where my Xbox simply shuts off. 

    I am at a complete loss as to what I should or even can do at this point. It is so ridiculous that this glaring bug hasn’t been acknowledged.
