EA is scamming us
99.9% of the time I can’t get into ultimate team. This has been the case since the first day of early access. A lot of the time it just loads for 5 minutes and then the message comes about can’t connect to ultimate team. The times I do finally get in you can’t do anything without a 5 minute loading time before getting kicked out. EA can’t or won’t say what the problem is but they had no trouble taking our money. I tried to submit a case on EA help but every time I do it says it was submitted but I don’t get a case number. Just shows no open cases. It’s unacceptable there isn’t a real human you can talk to from EA. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service.
