EA Server problem Ultimate Gauntlet

After every single game in the Ultimate Gauntlet my win doesn‘t count. There is a problem with the EA Servers. I payed 100€ for this game. That‘s a joke.

Can we fix the bug where we don't get credit for the win??
Apparently, in seasons mode, if you are losing, all you have to do is disconnect your wifi and the game will end and not be recorded. This is not fair. The secret is out and happens far too regular...
