That sounds about right. The game is undergoing some maintenance right now. The alert mentions it may result in being disconnected or being unable to access online services, so that may be why you're getting that error when loading up UT.

We're hoping to have things wrapped up by 12:00 UTC, so it may be like this for a while.

same issue here 3 hours all servers in ae looks green and cant log in in xbox console (greece)

I merged your post into this thread. Online services may be impacted by the maintenance happening now. Try again after the maintenance has wrapped up.

Thanks for sharing that. That message is likely popping up for you as the game is currently under maintenance. 

It's hoped to be finished by 12:00 UTC, so online services should resume then.
